These terms cover your use of Strider, a scheduling application for individual content creators. By using Strider you agree to them.
Strider publishes videos and captions you provide to social media accounts you connect, at times you choose. It publishes only what you schedule, and only to accounts you have connected yourself.
Strider is for individual creators publishing to their own accounts. You must be 18 or over, and you must have the right to publish to any account you connect.
Your videos and captions remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to publish them where you asked.
You must not use Strider to publish:
You are responsible for keeping your Strider login secure, and for what is published from your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
You can disconnect any social account at any time, from within Strider or from the platform's own settings.
Strider checks the destination account before every post and refuses to publish if it does not match the account you set up. Even so, automated publishing can fail — platforms change, connections expire, and services have outages. Please check that important posts published as you intended. Strider records every success and failure so you can see what happened.
We aim to keep Strider running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Platforms occasionally change or withdraw the interfaces Strider depends on, sometimes without notice, and features may have to change as a result. Current status is on the status page.
Strider is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, opportunities or reputation, arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You can stop using Strider at any time and ask for your account to be closed by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where required by a platform or by law.
These terms may change. Material changes will be notified by email, and the date at the top will be updated.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
