Platform support

What works where, and what does not. Last updated 25 August 2026.

Every platform allows different things, and some of the limits are theirs rather than ours. This page says plainly what Strider can and cannot do on each one, so there are no surprises after you have planned a week of posts.

Publishing

PlatformVideoSchedulingFirst commentNotes
YouTube Yes Yes No Shorts. YouTube holds the video and publishes it itself at your chosen time.
Facebook Yes Yes Planned Reels to a Page you manage. Facebook holds the post and publishes it itself, up to about 75 days ahead.
Instagram Yes Yes Yes Reels, to a business account linked to a Facebook Page. Instagram has no scheduling of its own, so Strider publishes at the moment.
TikTok Yes Yes No TikTok has no scheduling of its own, so Strider publishes at the moment.
X Yes Yes Yes X has no scheduling of its own, so Strider publishes at the moment.
Why "publishes at the moment" matters. YouTube and Facebook accept a future time and publish it themselves. Instagram, TikTok and X do not offer that at all — something has to be awake and send the post when the time comes. Strider does that for you, so you do not need to be at your computer.
