X usage is paid separately from an X balance: £10 buys $11.00 of X credit. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Your first month, explained.
Basic gives you 10 posts a month and 500MB of storage, free, for as long as you want it. Your first month carries a bonus on top — 30 posts and 1GB — so you can try Strider properly. The bonus is a one-off welcome, once per account, and we email you before it runs out. Nothing is deleted when it does: you keep every video, you just upload again once you are back under 500MB.
Half price for your first 3 months.
New Pro members pay £15 a month for their first three monthly payments, then £30 a month. The offer is once per account: if you cancel and come back later, you pay £30. Bonus posts we add on top of your plan are a gesture rather than part of it, and can change.
Your first month
Both plans give you more in your first month than they do afterwards. It is a
one-off welcome bonus, once per account — not a trial, and
not something that expires your membership.
Plan
First month
Every month after
Basic — free
30 posts 1GB of storage
10 posts 500MB of storage

400 posts 5GB of storage
200 posts 5GB of storage
Basic does not end. When the welcome bonus runs out you stay on
Basic, free, with 10 posts a month and 500MB of storage. There is no trial to
expire and no card to cancel. We email you before the bonus runs out so it never
arrives as a surprise.
Nothing you have uploaded is ever deleted to enforce a limit.
If your first month leaves you above 500MB, your videos stay exactly where they
are and anything already scheduled still posts. You simply cannot upload
anything new until you are back under the limit.
What counts as a post. One post is one video published to one
platform. Sending a single video to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook uses
four of your posts. A post that fails at the platform does not
count, and cancelling something you have scheduled gives the post back.
X posting costs
X is available on Pro only, which is why Basic never asks for card details. X is also the one platform that charges per post, and it
charges Strider directly for using its API. Each post is charged at X's own price, from an X balance you top up. The cost is shown before you post.
£10 buys $11.00 of X credit. That rate includes Strider's handling margin, which helps cover payment-processing and service costs. It is not added again to each post.
What you post to X
X's charge, taken from your balance
A video, with no link in the caption
$0.015 a post — about 1.4p
A caption containing a link
$0.20 a post — about 18p
The minimum top-up is £10, paid in pounds, with any tax shown at checkout before you pay. Your balance is shown in pounds and pence. Each post draws from your X balance. The cost is
shown on the posting screen before you press anything, the amount is held when
you schedule, and it is given back if you cancel. If your
balance runs out, Strider stops rather than running up a bill.
Pence figures use the top-up rate above and are rounded. X sets its own charges, which may change.
If you move from Pro back to Basic, your X credit is not lost.
The balance stays on your account and becomes usable again the moment you return
to Pro. If you would rather spend it down, ask us and we will keep X open on your
account until the balance reaches zero. Unused credit is not refunded
automatically — if you would like it refunded when you leave Pro,
email hello@getstrider.co.uk and we
will refund it by hand.
The other four platforms do not charge per post. Only X
does, and only because X does.
What every plan includes
Scheduling — plan ahead, not just today
Post one clip to several platforms at once, each with its own caption and time

Short video posting. Photo posts and Stories are still being built
Storage, monthly posts, how far ahead you can schedule, and
whether X is available depend on your plan — see the table above.
Questions
Can I change plan? Yes, from your account page. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down takes effect from your next payment.
What happens if I cancel? You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew. Anything you have scheduled inside that period still posts; anything scheduled after it is cancelled, and your account moves to Basic rather than closing. See the
refund policy.
Is there VAT on top? Payments are handled by Paddle. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm.
