Frequently asked questions
A few useful answers, all in one place.
What is Strider?
Strider helps individual creators upload, schedule and publish videos to their connected social accounts from one place.
Can I sign up now?
Not yet. Strider is in final testing and public signup opens soon. Use our contact form to join the early access list and we’ll email you the moment it does.
Is there a free version?
Yes, and it does not expire. Basic is free, needs no card, and stays free — 10 posts a month, 500MB of storage, and every platform except X. Your first month includes bonus posts and extra storage so you can try Strider properly. It is not a trial: when the bonus runs out you simply continue on Basic.
Which platforms are working?
YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are working. See current platform status for the full list.
Do you need my social media passwords?
No. You connect through each platform’s own sign-in. You can disconnect your accounts whenever you like.
Can I schedule a video for later?
Yes. Choose when to publish to each connected, supported platform. You can change a scheduled post without uploading the video again.
What does Strider cost?
Basic is free. Pro is £30/month — new members pay £15/month for their first 3 months, and adds X, 200 posts a month, 5GB of storage and scheduling up to 90 days ahead. X usage is paid separately from an X balance: £10 buys $11.00 of X credit, which includes our handling margin. See full pricing.
What counts as one post?
One post is one video published to one platform. Sending a single video to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook uses four of your posts. A post that fails at the platform does not count, and cancelling something you have scheduled gives the post back.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account page. A paid subscription remains available until the end of its paid period. For more details, see the refund policy.
Where can I find service problems or get help?
Check Recent Incidents and Current Platform Status, or use our contact form. The preview pages do not yet receive live monitoring data.
